Separate Representation

Due to changes in the mortgage sector since the financial crash of 2008, we do not currently offer services on property purchases with the aid of a residential mortgage. We are however happy to act on property sales where there is an existing mortgage.
Our belief is that it is in the client’s best interest to have separate representation so that a different solicitor acts for the lender in such transactions. This ensures that we act solely in the best interests of the buying client. We acknowledge that this may result in additional fees being payable and with this in mind, we offer a flexible fee structure to offset some of these additional costs for clients wishing to instruct the Firm under separate representation.
